RN, BSN, Certified Hormone Specialist, BS Exercise Science. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in a body that’s no longer working the way it used to.

After my third child, everything changed. I was exhausted, in chronic pain, anxious, barely sleeping, and gaining weight despite eating clean and staying active. The brain fog was so intense that I couldn’t concentrate. I didn’t feel like myself anymore—physically or emotionally.

Doctor after doctor told me everything looked “fine,” but I knew something deeper was going on. It took eight years of frustration, misdiagnoses, and dead ends before I finally found functional testing and got real answers. What I discovered? I was dealing with major hormone imbalances, gut infections, mold toxicity, and severe mineral deficiencies.

Once I got to the root cause, everything changed. I healed. Slowly, steadily—by working with my body instead of against it.

And that’s when I knew: I had to help other women do the same.

Barnaby is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with the National Academy of Sports Medicine helping clients transform their physiques as he did. 

A professional photographer for 25 years shooting celebrities, Rock albums and exclusive events globally, Barnaby stepped on the scales when he had trouble reaching his shoe laces. 215lbs.
